We apologize that you are having issues viewing the live stream.  Below are some common steps to take that may improve your experience.

 

Problem: No Video Feed

Step One:

Refresh the page.  If that does not solve the problem, move to step two.

Step Two:

Quit the browser and then then restart it.  If the problem persist, move to step three

Step Three:

Restart Your computer.

 

Problem: The video feed is skipping or jumpy.

Step One:

Refresh the page and/or browser.  If that doesn't work, move to step number two.

Step Two:

Click on the play in low quality button at the bottom left-hand side of the screen.

Step Three:

Press pause on the video and wait a few minutes then try again.

 

Problem: There is no sound.

Step One:

Make sure your computer is not muted.  If that does not fix the problem

move to step two.

Step Two:

If you have headphones or speakers, make sure that they are completely plugged in to the headphone jack.

Step three:

Make sure the volume is turned up at the bottom of the video screen.

 

 

As with all technology, we will occasionally experience some technical issues. If for some reason there seems to be a problem on our end, please be patient, we are working to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
